Right company. Right industry.
Right time to invest.
This is your chance to advance renewable energy by earning dividends in a wind project!
For the first time, Flower Turbines offers individuals the opportunity to invest directly in wind energy projects rather than company equity. This model is ideal for those seeking a lower-risk, asset-backed opportunity with potential for steady returns.
Investors in this new Flower Turbines Projects Series 1 round will purchase membership interests in real wind turbine projects through a special purpose LLC, a subsidiary of Flower Turbines. This Series LLC structure keeps each project financially separate. Investing in increments of $1,000, participants are entitled to receive up to 5% annually in profit allocations—including from project revenues, tax credits (30–40%), and carbon credits—before Flower Turbines receives any share. Investors will also receive dividends and a K-1 after each calendar year.

Starting in year 7, the projects will be sold. Sale proceeds will first repay investors’ original capital, and any remaining appreciation will be shared between investors and Flower Turbines. Given potential energy and general inflation, project assets may appreciate, creating an opportunity for capital gains.
Why Invest?
-
Priority Returns: Investors receive up to 10% annual dividends (not guaranteed) from project profits before Flower Turbines takes any share.

Innovative Small Wind Turbines
Vertical-axis wind turbines that solve the 7 major problems of small wind energy!

Flower Turbines is transforming the small wind industry with patented, vertical-axis wind turbines that are quiet, safe, and uniquely designed to work efficiently in clusters—solving the long-standing problem of turbine interference.
Our award-winning turbines suit urban, rural, residential, and commercial settings, helping businesses reduce energy costs and grid dependence while blending seamlessly into the environment. By combining innovation with affordability, Flower Turbines empowers a global shift toward resilient, sustainable energy—making clean power a smart economic choice.
Traditional wind energy poses several challenges, but the good news is that Flower Turbines has solved these challenges with our disruptive innovation and patented technology!
Here are the problems in the small wind industry and how Flower Turbines solves them:
.png)
Low start-up speeds & not
enduring high wind speeds
Our turbines start spinning as low as 0.7 m/s,
& are durable in high wind speeds.
.png)
.png)
.png)
Takes up too much space
Our patented Bouquet Effect means turbines perform even better when placed closely together, in the right orientation.
.png)
Makes too much noise
Our turbines are more quiet than the wind.
.png)
Not aesthetically pleasing
Our tulip-shaped turbines are sleek & modern, fitting in seamlessly in rural, urban
& residential settings.
.png)
Not efficient enough
The Bouquet Effect increases efficiency in tight spaces, whereby 4 turbines together produce the equivalent of 8 separate turbines.
.png)
Harms wildlife
The slow, vertical rotation & quiet operation of our turbines make them completely
bird-friendly.
For our wind projects, we want to ensure maximized efficiency, therefore we will be installing our 3-Meter and 5-Meter Tulip Turbines for commercial projects, and our AL13 Power Tower for industrial projects - our most
powerful & durable wind turbines!
MEET OUR TURBINES
The 3-Meter Tulip Turbine
The 3-Meter Tulip Turbine is engineered for optimal performance and system efficiency. Its size is specifically matched so that five turbines align perfectly with a 5-kilowatt inverter, maximizing energy output and maintaining system balance. Designed for compatibility with stronger roofs, this model is ideal for buildings that can support additional weight while benefiting from a reliable, space-efficient wind energy solution.
With our 3-Meter Tulip Turbines, you can:
-
Secure your energy independence for homes and businesses
-
Produce clean, renewable power tailored to your needs
-
Operate seamlessly both on-grid and off-grid
-
Enhance your solar energy setup for maximum efficiency
-
Install turbines on both the ground and roof

The 5-Meter Tulip Turbine

The Large Tulip Turbine features a 5-meter blade height designed to meet the energy demands of commercial and institutional properties. From malls and schools, to businesses, and airports, this turbine delivers reliable on-site power where it’s needed most. The sleek tulip design and silent vertical rotation allows these turbines to fit in harmoniously with the landscape.
Like all of our turbines, the Large Tulip Turbine is fully compatible with our patented Bouquet Effect, allowing for efficient clustering and higher energy output in limited spaces—making it a smart solution for scaling renewable energy in high-demand environments.
The AL13 Power Tower
Unleash the Power of the Cluster
The power to increase ROI of the project with each turbine added to the group.
The Power to generate more energy using less space.
The AL13 Power Tower is a revolutionary vertical-axis wind turbine designed to deliver unmatched effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and space optimization from industrial to agricultural locations, including data centers, warehouses, factories, dairy farms and ranches.
This wind turbine features:

Cluster Optimized Design

Our Bouquet Effect, also known as the cluster effect, allows our tulip turbines to perform better when grouped closely together. This is opposed to traditional wind turbines which perform worse when clustered.
.png)
Up to 25% Boost Per Turbine

Our testing revealed that this innovation is so effective that each additional turbine added to the group boosts the performance of all turbines in that group by up to 25%.That means that 4 correctly placed turbines is approximately the equivalent of 8 separate ones.

Patented & Scalable

This unique technology gives us a key advantage to scaling wind farms and harnessing the electricity they produce. This is likely our most serious market-changing innovation, and is protected by both aerodynamic and electronic patents.

Solar & Wind or Solar vs. Wind?

We believe that solar and wind make a great combination and balance each other when its counterpart is
not as productive.
We believe microgrid projects that combine wind and solar—along with fewer batteries—can often be more cost-effective than relying on solar and batteries alone. That’s because with solar-only setups, you require a lot of extra panels and storage to cover several cloudy or stormy days in a row, especially in winter.
In windy areas in higher latitudes, wind may be much better than solar.
Flower Turbines’ Large Wind Turbines compare favourably to solar in windy areas, proving the economic significance of the Bouquet Effect.
This comparison shows the marketing strategy Flower Turbines is set to follow: By shifting our focus from one-time sales to taking advantage of the Bouquet Effect and driving large, multiple-turbine sales, we can make small wind farms more cost-effective and efficient.
