Dr. Daniel Farb - CEO

In 2013, Dr. Mark Daniel Farb incorporated Flower Turbines LLC in New York to use fluid dynamics to create more efficient small wind turbines. The company became a Delaware Corporation in 2019, with licenses to operate in New York, Texas, and New Jersey.

The EU subsidiary,  Flower Turbines BV, opened in 2019 in Rotterdam.

Growing up, Dr. Farb was influenced by his father’s articles popularizing the conservation movement in the U.S., and his mother, who was a museum director in New York. Dr. Farb has a formal scientific and liberal arts background from Yale University, where he set an academic record, followed by a year of advanced science courses, a medical degree from Boston University, and a degree in Executive Management from UCLA Anderson School of Business.

Dr. Farb also has experience running a small software company with some major corporate clients, writing over 100 professional training books, and filing over 80 patents. This company is a fusion of his love of the planet and the outdoors with innovative science and design.

Warren Stoll - Director of Sales Strategy

Warren Stoll is an energetic, high-impact leader with a proven track record of success. He brings an analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial

ambition to each of his ventures, and excels at navigating complex, high-stakes opportunities.

Prior to joining Flower Turbines, Warren led a series of technology and real estate businesses. Beginning in 1979, Warren raised venture capital for three start-ups, and led each company from

inception to growth to a successful sale.

 Mr. Stoll has located, analyzed, appraised, and successfully negotiated the acquisition and sale of a wide range of commercial properties.

Warren has a BA from CSUN and a JD from Southwestern School of Law. He is an avid fisherman, devoted husband/father /grandfather/great-grandfather, and champion chess player. He is passionate about the planet and is also the creator of Flower Power, a product line of Flower Turbines.

Joshua MacFie  - Sr. Electrical Engineer

Joshua MacFie is an experienced engineer and energy strategist with deep expertise in microgrids, cybersecurity, and renewable systems. As CEO at Group NIRE, he has co-led major federal projects with Texas Tech University and Syndem, advancing technologies in autonomous inverters, agile microgrids, and cybersecurity training.

​

With a background in electrical and computer engineering, Joshua has overseen the development and installation of wind and solar projects, managed grid interconnects up to 12 MW, and led cross-functional teams through high-stakes engineering challenges. He combines hands-on technical knowledge with a strategic mindset to deliver scalable energy solutions.

​

Joshua holds degrees from Texas Tech University and McLennan Community College, is an IFR-certified pilot, UAS remote pilot, and published researcher with a pending U.S. patent in energy load control. His work continues to shape the future of resilient, intelligent energy systems.
